I believe Gobekli tepe archaeological sensation site is going to change all the well known facts in the history we know so far. Egypt , Stonehenge are a few thousands years after this unique site built by unknown civilization.
The site, currently undergoing excavation by German and Turkish archaeologists, was supposedly erected by hunter-gatherers in the 9th millennium BC (c. 11,000 years ago, but no tools have been found, so the origins are unknown and open to speculation at this time)/Wikipedia/
